Some opinions about why only the Nazi Germany is unfairly accused in starting the World War II?

In the current year, the international community marks the 73th anniversary of victory over Nazism. It should be noted that, International Democratic Society celebrates victory over Nazism on May 8 (and not on May 9), when the command of the German Armed Forces signed the Act on Capitulation. In this case we would like to pay attention to the other circumstances.

As it is known, the Second World War began on September 1, 1939 when Nazi Germany attacked Poland. It is being considered the fact, that the international community believes that Nazi Germany, with fascist Italy and militarist Japan, should be responsible for the crimes against humanity.

After that, Nuremberg’s tribunal (in 1946) and 2 years later Tokyo tribunals were held, when high-ranking military persons and civilians - who were jurors of German and Japanese imperialism, were sentenced to death or to lengthy imprisonment. Of course, it was a fair decision but at the same time, many people do not talk about what was one of the main reasons for the beginning of World War II.
One of the key factor was the signing of well-known Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact in Moscow.  This document was adopted in August 23, 1939, according to which, the Nazi Germany and the Bolshevik Soviet Union divided spheres of influence in Europe. When the Kremlin hit "green light"  to Hitler, Germany over the weekend attacked western provinces of Poland, and in September 17 of the same year, the Soviet Union occupied Poland's eastern provinces. Later, Nazi Germany grabbed Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, France and so on. The Soviets occupied the Baltic states and started war with Finland (whereby the USSR was excluded from the League of Nations in 1939). The USSR lost more than 250 thousand people (the Soviet empire managed to occupy only 10% of the territory of Finland), and later, Soviet troops invaded to the Romanian territory (Bessarabia).

In 1940, new negotiations between the USSR and Germany in Berlin were already dedicated to the distribution of influence in other regions of the world (including the Middle East).
After the above mentioned factors, the question is, why totalitarian Soviet empire does not take the responsibility for the beginning of the Second World War? Empire, which had an alliance with Nazi Germany. As we know in 1940-1941 Hitler's Germany had only British resistance, UK defeated Germany in the air war considering the fact, that Britain lost 927 airplanes and Germany lost more than 1,500 bomber or anti-aircraft missiles.
Why did the international community celebrate the 50th, 60th, 65th, etc. anniversaries of victory over Nazism in Moscow, in  the city, where in August 23, 1939  was made de-facto decision about the beginning of war?

Why is it only officially recognized those crimes, which have been conducted by the totalitarian regime in Germany? For example, violence against the Jewish nation, when about 6 million people died during the "Holocaust".
It is necessary to point out, that before the World War 2, the entire network of camps was created in the USSR called “Gulags”.
Until 1941, it included 53 concentration camps, 425 labor camps and 50 camps for juvenile (minors). During the existence of those camps, over 40 million people – representatives of  different nationalities had been killed. Furthermore, during the World War 2 period, the whole nations (first of all from Northern Caucasus) were exiled from their homelands.

Why those brutal actions can not be considered as a genocide carried out against the representatives of different nations (including ethnic Russians) living in the USSR?

Why did the international community not speak so actively about these crimes against humanity?
The opinion presented by us does not disturb the memory of the 350 thousand Georgians (and representatives of other nations, where were victims of the war) who died during hostilities  and who clearly believed that they were fighting against Nazism and fascism and were protecting Georgia-their  own homeland. Of course, International community express its respect before the souls of about 62 million people from the different states, who were tragically died within the World War 2 and became the victims of the separate politicians and their ambitions.

A failed military coup in Russia. What happened?

A failed military coup in Russia. What happened?   By: Nika Chitadze Director of the Center for International Studies Professor of the International Black Sea University President of the George C. Marshall Alumni Union, Georgia - International and Security Research Center    For several hours on June 24 of this year, Russia was on the verge of a civil war. The rebellious "Wagnerians" were already 200 kilometers from Moscow. In the center of Rostov, the head of "Wagner" Yevgeny Prigozhin himself was fortified, and the Chechen leader Kadyrov sent his armed formations to destroy him, he had positions in the outskirts of the city and was preparing for an attack. However, in the end, the "march of justice" announced by Prigozhin ended "peacefully". Russia avoided a civil war. At least at this point. Government representatives and the so-called parties reached an agreement during the negotiations between the private military company "Wagne

Ukraine's expected counterattack and possible de-occupation of the country

Ukraine's expected counterattack and Possible De-Occupation of the Country Nika Chitadze Professor of the International Black Sea University Director of the Center for International Studies President of the George C. Marshall Alumni Union, Georgia - International and Security Research Center  As expected, Ukraine's counteroffensive against the Russian occupation forces has already begun, although it has not yet entered the decisive phase. It should be noted that the past 5 months were particularly difficult for Ukrainian soldiers - the period when Ukraine began to save forces to prepare for a large-scale counteroffensive. In recent months, Ukraine has withdrawn most of its combat-ready units from the front line, and thousands of Ukrainian soldiers have gone abroad for training. The newly formed and refreshed brigades were left intact by the military-political leadership of Ukraine and did not involve them in heavy winter battles.   All this happened against the backgrou

Ecologic Problems of the Modern World and their Impact on the International Politics

Nika Chitadze Affiliated Prof. Dr., Faculty of Social Sciences, International Black Sea University. Director of the Center for International Studies President of the George C. Marshall Alumni Union, Georgia – International and Security Research Center Tbilisi, Georgia Introduction Environment and its such resources, as water, air, always were the necessary conditions for the human`s life and activities. But, during the many centuries of the history of mankind, environment was not represented the problem neither for the humanity, nor for its further sustainable development. Environment and natural resources were offering the satisfaction the needs of those people, who lived in the concrete period of the world history without causing the damage to the next generations. At the second half of the XX Century, the topic related to the environmental protection was included to the agenda, including the political aspects, because of the fact, that as a result
