Most of these countries have opted for a multi-vector foreign policy and economic diversification. The process of changing the approach to these issues has been forced by the war in Ukraine and by Russia's attitude itself. These countries, which are economically dependent on Russia, are increasingly feeling the sanctions imposed on Russia and are trying to find alternatives at various levels.
