რამდენიმე მოსაზრება პანდემიის პირობებში არჩევნების ჩასატარებლად ცესკოს მზაობის შესახებ

შესაძლებელია ითქვას, რომ ცესკომ პანდემიის პირობებში  არჩევნებისათვის მომზადების მიმართულებით დიდი სამუშაო გასწია. აღნიშნულის მაგალითს კი წარმოადგენს ის ფაქტი, რომ არჩევნებზე მისვლა მიუხედავად პანდემიისა, სრულიად უსაფრთხოა. ამის ძირითად მიზეზს წარმოადგენს კენჭისყრის შენობაში გათვალისწინებული ყველა ის პრევენციული ღონისძიება, რაც ხელს შეუშლის ინფექციის შესაძლო გავრცელებას.

ხაზი უნდა გაესვას იმ გარემოებას, რომ არჩევნების ჩასატარებლად საქართველოში 3 657 საარჩევნო უბანი სრულ მზადყოფნაშია მოყვანილი.

ასევე აღსანიშნავია, რომ სტაციონარულ სამკურნალო დაწესებულებებსა და იზოლაციაში (კარანტინი, თვითიზოლაცია) მყოფი ამომრჩევლების არჩევნებში მონაწილეობის უზრუნველყოფის მიზნით შექმნილია 127 სპეციალური უბანი, ასევე 52 (მათ შორის 2 ავღანეთში) საარჩევნო უბანი საზღვარგარეთის 38 სახელმწიფოში. გარდა ამისა, ეტლით მოსარგებლე ამომრჩევლებისთვის ადაპტირებულია 1134 საარჩევნო უბანი, რომლებიც  სპეციალური ხმის მიცემის კაბინებითაა აღჭურვილი.

 

არჩევნების წარმატებით ჩასატარებლად ცესკომ ამომრჩეველთა ერთიან სიაში დაარეგისტრიტა 3 526 023 ამომრჩეველი, მათ შორის საზღვარგარეთ რეგისტრირებულია 14 170.

 

ცესკოს თავმჯდომარის, ქალბატონ თამარ ჟვანიას განცხადების თანახმად, არჩევნების გამჭვირვალედ და დემოკრატიულად ჩატარების მიზნით არჩევნებს დააკვირდება საარჩევნო სუბიექტების 80 819 წარმომადგენელი, 132 ადგილობრივი დამკვირვებელი ორგანიზაციის 46981 და 5 საარჩევნო ადმინისტრაციის, 20 საელჩოსა და 23 საერთაშორისო ორგანიზაციის 910 დამკვირვებელი. საარჩევნო პროცესს გააშუქებს 118 მედიაორგანიზაციის 5 971 წარმომადგენელი.

 

მნიშვნელოვანია აღინიშნოს, რომ საარჩევნო ოლქებმა უკვე მიიღეს შესაბამისი ბიულეტენები, ოქმები, ასევე სანიტარიულ-ჰიგიენური ნორმების დაცვისთვის საჭირო ყველა ინვენტარი.  გარდა ამისა, საუბნო საარჩევნო კომისიების წევრებმა შესაბამისი ტრენინგები გაიარეს.

 

გარდა ამისა, ცესკომ არჩევნების შესახებ საზოგადოების ცნობიერების ამაღლების მიზნით შესაბამისი ინფომაცია მიაწოდა მოსახლეობას იმასთან დაკავშირებით, რომ 31 ოქტომბერს, საქართველოს პარლამენტის არჩევნებთან ერთად ტარდება აჭარის უმაღლესი საბჭოს არჩევნები. ამავე დღეს, საქართველოს რამდენიმე საარჩევნო ოლქში, ასევე ტარდება საკრებულოს შუალედური და მერების რიგგარეშე არჩევნები.

 

რაც შეეხება ინფორმაციის ხელმისაწვდომობას, არჩევნების მიმდინარეობის ფარგლებში ინფორმაციის ოპერატიულად მიღების მიზნით ნებისმიერ მსურველს შესაძლებლობა ექნება ონლაინ დააკვირდეს არჩევნების წინასწარი შედეგების შეჯამების პროცესს ცესკოში ინტერნეტ ტრანსლირების საშუალებით. ტრანსლაცია თავის მხრივ 360 გრადუსიანი ტექნოლოგიის გამოყენებით ცესკოს Facebook-ზე, Youtube-სა და საიტზე იქნება განხორციეოლებული.
